Digital Retinal Imaging

Available at selected stores, this technology lets us examine the optic nerve, macula, retina and blood vessels in precise detail. And although it sounds space age, the digital image produced is an invaluable diagnostic tool that also allows accurate record keeping so we can monitor any changes in your eyes. This is a great tool for eye conditions like glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and changes that are associated with high blood pressure.

Visual Field Testing

Visual Fields Machines are used in most Blink Optical store allowing us the highest level of patient care. What they do is map the level of peripheral vision that a patient has and compare it to age-determined values - invaluable in diagnosing and monitoring glaucoma.
