30 DAY EYEWEAR SATISFACTION ASSURANCE
If you take your new eyewear home and decide you don't like them for any reason, simply bring them back undamaged within 30 days and we'll change them with a new pair to the same value. No questions asked.
1 YEAR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVER
Worst case, should you accidentally sit on, break, or damage beyond repair an otherwise-defect-free pair of glasses, within 12 months of purchase, we'll replace them with a brand new pair at half the original price.
1 YEAR FREE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
If your eyewear breaks due to product defect within 12 months of your purchase, we'll replace or repair them for FREE - regardless of any manufacturer warranty exclusions that may apply.

Price matching applies only to eyewear (frames and lenses) on presentation of a competitor's quote. Accidental Damage discount applies to the original price paid and is subject to proof of purchase, inspection by store management and return within 12 months of the date on your receipt. Product Defect Warranty is in addition to that provided by the manufacturer and is subject to proof of purchase, inspection by store management and return within 12 months of the date on your receipt.
